As anticipated, the conversation revealed a wealth of fresh insights that reflect Transtar\u2019s rapid and dynamic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time, we focused on reviewing the first half of 2025 and explored the company\u2019s strategic outlook for the months ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time, we analyzed the experiences of the first half of 2025 and outlined our plans for the upcoming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vikt\u00f3ria, when we last spoke it was at the close of a challenging, building year. Today we\u2019re meeting a visibly stronger Transtar Hungary that has clearly reached a new level. How would you evaluate the first six months of 2025?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 It\u2019s been a period of dynamic growth\u2014both literally and figuratively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have consolidated the foundations we began to build in 2023\u20132024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first half of 2025 was outstanding not only in terms of turnover but also in the quality of our operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve welcomed several strong, influential partners\u2014market players who chose us because of our quality, reliability, and commitment to innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For us, that is the greatest recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am especially proud that we achieved all this while also relocating to a modern, representative new office and launching our own Transtar-branded fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The new office and the branded fleet are both strong visual statements. Were these moves deliberately planned from a communications perspective as well?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Absolutely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, it\u2019s not enough to \u201cjust do a good job\u201d\u2014you also need to visibly show who you are and what you stand for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key element of building the Transtar brand is ensuring that every detail\u2014from our vehicles to our interiors to the way we communicate with partners\u2014conveys a unified, professional image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not merely marketing; it\u2019s about building trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our branded fleet is essentially a \u201cmoving business card\u201d\u2014it differentiates us in the market and signals clearly that we are present and building for the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Your professional team has also expanded. What direction have you taken with recruitment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 We have deliberately focused on attracting professionals with international experience and higher added value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is crucial because the market itself has become more complex\u2014logistics today is no longer just about moving goods from A to B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s needed now are tailored solutions, flexibility, and a client-centric mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve built a team where everyone understands the entire logistics chain, is empowered to make decisions, and thinks as a partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That, in today\u2019s landscape, is a significant competitive advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 The logistics market continues to feel the pressure of international competition and regulatory changes. What were some of the key challenges in the first half of the year?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Our industry remains a rapidly changing, often heavily regulated environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From road tolls and customs procedures to EU-level tariff policies, there are many factors we deal with on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we don\u2019t complain\u2014in fact, we see it differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For us, adaptability, agility, and foresight are key strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t perceive change as a problem; we see it as an opportunity to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 What would you say is the \u201csecret ingredient\u201d that sets Transtar apart from its competitors?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 There\u2019s no secret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just intentionality, strong partnerships, and uncompromising service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today\u2019s clients appreciate when a company truly tailors solutions to their needs instead of forcing them into a rigid system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Transtar, every client receives a dedicated logistics strategy\u2014whether they\u2019re a small exporter or a multinational corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From documentation and route permits to customs clearance and port or airport procedures\u2014everything is managed under one roof, efficiently and seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s our win-win model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 What can clients and partners expect in the second half of 2025?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Our focus is on further strengthening international partnerships\u2014we are in strategic discussions with additional shipping lines, port operators, and major industry players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will also continue expanding our fleet and develop more complex service packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our aim is for Transtar Hungary to not only be present in the logistics market but to become a true benchmark\u2014both in Hungary and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And, of course, we will keep building our brand\u2014value-driven and for the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Congratulations on the achievements so far!
